Cate Blanchett could be the next addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
According to Variety, the Australian Oscar winner is in talks to play a new female lead in “Thor: Ragnarok”, opposite Chris Hemsworth.
Taika Waiti is directing the film which will co-star Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk and Tom Hiddleston as Loki.
Blanchett’s character isn’t known.
“Thor: Ragnarok” will open on November 3, 2017.
