CBS delays Supergirl ep 4 in wake of Paris attacks

CBS will air “Supergirl” episode 5 instead of episode 4 tonight in the wake of the Paris terrorist attacks on Friday, November 13.

The fourth episode of the show was originally set to air tonight, however the network pulled the ep because the plot sees the show’s fictional National City bombed in a series of attacks.

The fifth episode of the season will air in place of the fourth. Titled “Livewire”, the episode is officially described as:

“Kara’s Thanksgiving may be ruined when she suspects her foster mother, Dr. Danvers (Helen Slater), who is coming to town, disapproves of her new role as a superhero. Also, when an accident transforms a volatile CatCo employee into the villainous Livewire, she targets Cat and Supergirl.”
