According to the site, locations secured for use include Fred Howard Park in Tarpon Springs and Honeymoon Island State Park, off Dunedin. A Scooper for Dark Horizons says the Dragonball-Z movie will be PG-13 rating and a running time of somewhere between 3-4 hours, hoping the series to be four films long. “George Lucas’ CGI company ILM has (apparently) signed a contract to do the special effects. Some sad news, due to casting and scheduling difficulties, filming that was set to begin real soon has been put off until Summer 2004”, says the scooper. “As of right now there is no definite title.
