Comic-Con : Maze Runner sequel could film as early as this Fall

FOX’s panel showcased the [apparently rather-terrific] film adaptation of “The Maze Runner”, which hits theaters in a month or so. Confident it’ll do well, Ball said they’re eyeing to shoot the sequel as early as this fall or winter.

The next film in the series – from author James Dashner – is “The Scorch Trials”, the story of which Ball believes will translate into a film that could be “really special”.
