In addition, there’s a couple of new faces next season : Mr Terrific (though it hasn’t been confirmed which incarnation of the character) will be stopping by Starling City, as will Batman villain Anarky. As for the storyline of Season 4, we revealed the big bad yesterday, but it’s believed this season is as much about Diggle (about time!) as our green-suited hero.
