Seems there ain’t no cure for Disney’s current fixation with fairytaleitis.
Hot on the heels of their live-action “Cinderella” redo, the House of Mouse has announced another fleshy re-telling : “Mulan”.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Disney has snapped up a script by Elizabeth Martin and Lauren Hynek that centers on the Chinese legend and the warrior at the center of the 1988 animated hit.
Disney, who have also produced live-action takes on fairytale classics “Alice in Wonderland”, “Sleeping Beauty” (released as “Maleficent”), and the upcoming “Beauty and the Beast”, are yet to reveal any further details about “Mulan”.
