Disney has set David Lowery to direct a new live-action “Peter Pan” movie.
Lowery will pen the script with Toby Halbrooks. Jim Whitaker is producing.
While there have been many adaptations of the J.M. Barrie story over the years, possibly the most renowned version was Disney’s 1953 animated classic. The story follows the titular boy from Neverland who never grows up.
