Paramount’s “Baywatch” film is a-go and The Hollywood Reporter writes that Dwayne Johnson is “loosely attached” to star.
“We’re The Millers’” Sean Anders and John Morris are set to helm the pic from a script to be re-written by Justin Malen.
Montecito Pictures will produce with Beau Flynn and Tripp Vinson.
Previous versions of the script were written by Jeremy Garelick and Peter Tolan and saw the film revolve around a series of shark attacks that led the Baywatch team to investigate a drug-smuggling operation.
Whether Malen will follow a similar stream in his version of the script is unclear.
