Dwayne Johnson’s next challenge looks to be a giant gorilla, a giant lizard and a giant wolf.
According to Deadline, Johnson will reunite with his “San Andreas” team of New Line and producer Beau Flynn for actioner “Rampage”, a live action adaptation of the 80’s Midway Arcade Game.
We don’t have specific plot details yet, but the game follows the giant monsters as they terrorize major cities across North America. Johnson will play the man who stands in their way.
Ryan Engle penned the screenplay. A director isn’t attached yet.
“Rampage” is eyeing a summer 2016 production start.
