D’Angelo joins the cast of Harold and Kumar 2

“Vacation” vet Beverly D’Angelo – seen more recently on TVs “Entourage” – has snagged a plum role in the “Harold and Kumar” sequel.
Writer Jon Hurwitz tells JewReview.net that the 80s favourite plays “the Madam of a whore house in Texas, and with her it was about making an offer to her and having her read the script. It’s a great feeling when someone, who you grew up with watching in the Vacation movies, is calling you up on the phone and talking to you about how she loved the script and it’s the funniest thing she’s read in a long time, and she’s quoting obscure parts in the movie that aren’t even related to her scenes – that’s one of the favorite parts about being a director.”
The sequel will be released next year.
