Lucy Hale (“Pretty Little Liars”) is headed to the new “Fantasy Island”, reuniting with her “Truth or Dare” director Jeff Wadlow, who is helming the Blumhouse and Sony coproduction.
The actress joins Michael Pena, who’ll play Mr. Roarke, the host of the enigmatic isle and Jimmy O. Yang. Hale play one of the guests who is anxious to see her fantasy realized. Roarke warns guests that their fantasies may not play out as expected.
The film, based on the classic TV series of the same name, is being written by Wadow and his “Truth or Dare” co-writers Chris Roach and Jillian Jacobs.
