Finn Witrock and Sarah Bolger – My All American

Directed by Angelo Pizzo (“Hoosiers”, “Rudy”) and based on the book “Courage Beyond the Game: The Freddie Steinmark Story”, “My All American” tells the story of Freddie Steinmark (Finn Witrock/ “American Horror Story” “Unbroken”) a college football player, who after winning a national championship received devastating news and still continued to inspire those around him with his parents Fred (Michael Reilly Burke/ Satisfaction, Shameless) and Gloria (Robin Tunney/ The Mentalist), his girlfriend Linda (Sarah Bolger “Into The Badlands”) and coach Darrell Royal (Aaron Eckhart/ “The Dark Knight”).

In New York I had the opportunity to attend a roundtable with Witrock and Bolger. This podcast includes highlights from that roundtable where Witrock opens up about whereing a fake leg and seeing grown men cry, and Bolger discusses the positives of the film telling Steinmark’s “whole story” and a little bit about filming “Into the Badlands”.
