The wookie, and R2-D2, join select crew members from the set to thank those who supported the Unicef campaign.

Chewie, along with trusty companion Han Solo (Harrison Ford), return in the December 18 2015 release.

Yep, it’s exactly one year until “Star Wars : The Force Awakens” opens!
