First look at Hugh Jackman coaching Eddie The Eagle

The first images of Hugh Jackman and Taron Egerton from “Eddie The Eagle” have come online via USA Today.

In the comedic biopic, Egerton plays famed Olympic skier Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards, who became the first competitor to represent Great Britain in Olympic ski jumping during the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary.

Jackman plays Edwards’ coach Chuck Berghorn and Christopher Walken co-stars as Berghorn’s own mentor.

Dexter Fletcher is directing from a script by Simon Kelton and Sean Macaulay.

“Eddie The Eagle” opens on February 26, 2016.
