An extended first look at CBS’s “Supergirl”, premiering this Fall, has been released.
Born on the planet Krypton, Kara Zor-El escaped amid its destruction years ago with her famous cousin. Now at the age 24, she finally embraces her superhuman abilities to be the hero she was always meant to be.
Melissa Benoist plays the title role, with Calista Flockhart, Chyler Leigh, David Harewood, and Mechad BROOKS. The series hails from “Arrow” and “The Flash” EP Greg Berlanti, but as they air on The CW and this will be on CBS it’s unlikely there will be any crossovers.
