Caffeinated Clint
Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood will star in ABC’s new “Agents of SHIELD” spinoff series.
The actors, who are regulars on the current show, will topline the untitled spin-off, The Wrap reports.
Palicki (“Friday Night Lights”) plays Bobbi Morse, while Blood plays Lance Hunter.
“SHIELD” executive producer Jeffrey Bell and writer Paul Zbyszewski are teaming on the project. The spinoff will not receive a backdoor pilot in the current season of “SHIELD,” but relevant plot elements will drop in upcoming episodes.
Morse and Hunter are ex spouses who share a plan regarding Nick Fury’s toolbox.
