Wonder Woman and The Rock will soon share the big screen, with Gal Gadot cast in “Red Notice” opposite Dwayne Johnson. Rawson Marshall Thurber will direct from his own screenplay, and the film will begin shooting next year for a July 12 2020 release through Universal.
According to Deadline, the film’s plot is being kept under lock and key, but it is described as a globe-trotting, action-comedy, heist thriller designed as a three-hander between Johnson, Gadot and another male star who’ll soon be set. Gadot plays a brilliant and mysterious figure in the art world.
Gadot is currently shooting “Wonder Woman 2” with Patty Jenkins.
