Alex Graves is in early talks to helm Sony’s live-action “Mulan”, reports THR.
Sony is developing the adaptation of the Chinese legend about Hua Mulan, the daughter of an aged warrior who disguises herself as a man to secretly join the army in place of her father.
Jason Keller penned the script.
No word yet on production or when the film is expected to be released. Disney is also working on a “Mulan” film, with their project set to hit cinemas in late 2018.
