The trailer for the “RoboCop” remake – that purists have been fearing since it was announced – has gone live.
Joel Kinnman, of TVs “The Killing”, plays the Detroit police officer with a heart of, um, metal (This Robocop actually does resemble the classic character a lot more than those first images might have had us believe) with a name-filled supporting cast, including Abbie Cornish, Samuel L.Jackson, Michael Keaton an Gary Oldman, backing him up.
Jose Padilha directs.
“RoboCop” is due for release February 7, 2014.
