The story follows garden gnomes, Gnomeo and Juliet, who recruit legendary detective Sherlock Gnomes to investigate the mysterious disappearance of their garden gnome family and friends from their London backyard. A sequel to Gnomeo & Juliet (2011), the film is voiced by an all-star cast including James McAvoy as Gnomeo, Emily Blunt as Juliet, Johnny Depp as Sherlock Gnomes, Mary J. Blige as Irene and Kelly Asbury as Goons.
From the director of Kung Fu Panda and featuring new music from Elton John, Bernie Taupin and Mary J. Blige, the animated film follows Gnomeo, Juliet and Sherlock Gnomes as they attempt to solve the mystery of the missing gnomes, taking them beyond the garden walls and across the city on an unforgettable journey. Using his wits, Sherlock must outsmart his arch nemesis Moriarty to save the day and bring the gnomes home.
