“Gotham” bigman Bruno Geller mentioned last week that we’ll likely see ‘The Joker’ sooner rather than later on the show.
But this soon!?
A new promo for next week’s episode teases the appearance of a character named Jerome, a sinister young chap (played by “Shameless” alum Cameron Monaghan) who, upon being questioned by Benjamin McKenzie’s Jim Gordon, breaks out into diabolical laughter. And yes, I do believe that’s make-up ‘Jerome’ is wearing.
Now, this could be misdirection by the producers, but it might also be the network trying to lure more viewers by letting them know The Joker’s now on the show.
