New projects for the three announced
“Spider-Man 3” villain – that’s not a spoiler is it? – Topher Grace is set to headline the new time-travel thriller “Source Code”, according to Variety.
While the plot – the script is penned by Ben Ripley – revolves around time travel, other details are being kept under wraps.
In other ‘they’re not telling us much’ news, the same trade announces that “World Trade Center” star Michael Pena will co-star with Tom Cruise, Robert Redford and Meryl Streep in “Lions for Lambs”. Penna will play an Army Ranger lieutenant and platoon leader in Afghanistan, and he and his men become the catalyst for multiple overlapping storylines.
And finally, in ‘Tell us something more will ya?’ news, the abovementioned [now over-quoted] trade states that Timothy Olyphant is indeed (despite his rather coy attempts to make out he isn’t attached yet) set to star in the big screen version of the video game “Hit Man”.
