Greta Gerwig is in talks to star in Todd Solondz’s follow-up to “Welcome to the Dollhouse”, says The Hollywood Reporter.

The “Arthur” actress will play Dawn Wiener – the character at the center of “Dollhouse” (there played by Heather Matarazzo) – in “Weiner Dog”, an ensemble indie tied together thematically by a dachshund.

Julie Delpy is also amongst the cast.
