Gwyneth Paltrow is a sex addict

Back in May, it was spewed across the web that recent comic book movie alum Mark Ruffalo (“The Avengers”) and Tim Robbins (“Captain America”) were set to headline the comedy/drama ”Thanks For Sharing”.

Now, Variety is reporting that little-known “Glee” guestie (girl’s going places) Gwyneth Paltrow and Joely Richardson (TV’s ”Nip/Tuck”) have joined the cast.

Stuart Blumberg will be marking his directorial debut with the film which will be about a 12-step program for recovering sex addicts in New York City. The bonds of friendship between these men (Ruffalo and Robbins) help them overcome temptation and develop meaningful relationships for the first time in their lives.

Production is anticipated to begin soon fall in the Big Apple with Paltrow the romantic interest to Ruffalo’s character and Richardson the wife of Robbins’.

Paltrow will next be seen in the September 9th release (and December 3 for you folks in Aussieville) of ”Contagion”.
