Jon Hamm and Ed Harris are adding their prestigious John Hancock’s to the credit block of “Top Gun : Maverick”.
The “Mad Men” and “Westworld” stars, respectively, join Tom Cruise, Val Kilmer, Glen Powell, Jennifer Connelly and Miles Teller in the Joseph Kosinski-directed film.
The film, slated for release July 12, 2019, sees Cruise’s Pete Mitchell, now an instructor at the Top Gun school, and taking Teller under his wing.
Also onboard the Peter Craig-written piece, Lewis Pullman- son of “Spaceballs” star Bill Pullman – who recently popped up in Universal’s “Strangers : Prey at Night”.
Charles Parnell, Jay Ellis, Bashir Salahuddin, Danny Ramirez and Monica Barbaro are also onboard.
