Happy Endings Actor Adam Pally Joins A.C.O.D.

And the ever awesome cast just keeps growing for Stuart Zicherman’s “A.C.O.D.”, otherwise known as Adult Children of Divorce, just keeps getting better and better. Yesterday, it was reported that “J. Edgar” actor Ken Howard and “Hot Tub Time Machine”‘s Clark Duke had joined the cast, and now, EW has reported that TV’s “Happy Endings” actor Adam Pally is the latest actor to board the film.

The film has Adam Scott (“Parks and Recreation”) in the lead role as a man who learns he was enlisted in a study about divorced children many years ago. When he’s ushered into a present-day follow-up study, it creates new havoc for his family.

Poehler will play Richard Jenkins’ new wife, who is enemies with his first wife (played by Catherine O’Hara). Winstead will play Scott’s girlfriend, while Lynch will play a down on her luck author and therapist who jumps at the chance to regain the spotlight when her former patient Carter (Scott) shows up seeking her advice.

As for Pally, he’ll have a supporting role in the film. “They asked me and I was like, ‘Yeah, I will do whatever you guys want! I will show up as a key grip.”

Filming is already underway in Atlanta.
