There’s definitely been a lot of visual goodies unveiled – particularly on social media – in recent weeks from the set of Paul Feig’s “Ghostbusters”.
Over the past few days, the “Spy” helmer has shown us the suits that the spite-fighting women will wear and the proton packs they’ll wear, while Vulture landed a set pic of Melissa McCarthy’s character in her redesigned ‘Ghostbusters’ jumpsuit. In addition, we’ve had quite a few casting announcements come through too – Andy Garcia (“Ocean’s Eleven”) has been brought in to play the Mayor of New York, Neil Casey (“Saturday Night Live”) is the film’s villain, Chris Hemsworth (“Thor”) is playing secretary to the Ghost-ladies, Matt Walsh is playing a character called ‘Rourke’, and Michael K.Williams is playing a character named ‘Walsh’. No word on any original Ghostbusters cameoing yet.

Feig hit Twitter to post a pic of the girls’ ride in “Ghostbusters” – it’s an ’80s Cadillac playing Ecto-1 this time.
