According to a report on FilmJerk, brothers Damon and Keenon Ivory Wayans will start work soon on a "a Homey The Clown" movie, based on the the character from "In Living Color". The movie – set to lens this May – follows Homey as he takes a job at the City of Angels Children Center and must go up against his nemesis, D.A. Mann, a district attorney who wants to shut down the Center.
