Iron Fist lives on beyond Netflix

Though Netflix have opted not to pursue a third season of “Iron Fist”, new reports suggest Danny Rand may live on thanks to Disney’s upcoming streaming service.

Finn Jones, the actor behind the protein-punching protagonist, hinted on Instagram on Friday night that it might not be the end for the Defender.

“With every end is a new beginning”, Jones said, before thanking everyone for their support over the past two seasons.

According to EW, the ‘new beginning’ comes in the form of Rand appearing in other projects across the Marvel universe. That might likely include a new shot on Disney’s streaming service or a new role on one of the other Marvel offerings on Netflix, like “Daredevil” or “Jessica Jones”.
