IT: Chapter Two casts adult Henry Bowers

“IT: Chapter Two” is finalising the cast for the highly anticipated sequel, adding Teach Grant in the role of the adult Henry Bowers – played by Nicholas Hamilton in the original film.

While Bowers wasn’t a huge role in the first half, he plays a pivotal role to the overall story – those that have read the book will know that his adult self is seen a lot more.

Additionally, Jess Weixler is also joining the cast as Bill’s wife.

The duo join the amazing cast that forms the adult Losers’ Club – James McAvoy as Bill Denbrough, Jessica Chastain as Beverly Marsh, Bill Hader as Richie Tozier, James Ransone as Eddie Kaspbrak, Isaiah Mustafa as Mike Hanlon and Jay Ryan as Ben Hanscom. Additionally, Bill Skarsgård is to return as the creepy Pennywise the Dancing Clown, with Xavier Dolan playing Adrian Mellon and Will Beinbrink on board as Tom Rogan. The young actors who played the Losers’ Club are also expected to return for flashbacks.

“IT: Chapter Two” is set for cinemas Sept. 6, 2019. News via Variety.
