J.K. Simmons & Michael Keaton exit Kong: Skull Island

Legendary Pictures and Universal’s “Kong: Skull Island” has lost two big names.

According to Deadline, J.K. Simmons and Michael Keaton have both exited the project due to scheduling conflicts.

Production was originally supposed to kick off this fall, however has been pushed back a few weeks causing the conflicts.

Tom Hiddleston is still attached to star.

Jordan Vogt-Roberts is directing the pic from John Gatins and Max Borenstein’s screenplay. Producers are Thomas Tull and Jon Jashni with exec producer Alex Garcia.
