Jackie Chan will headline "The Sword Searchers’, a film based based on the popular Hong Kong weekly comic book, "Magic Weapons", created by Tony Wong Yuk-Long. According to Screen Daily, local singer-actor Nicholas Tse will also star in the film, which Tony Ching Siu-Tung will direct. Tse is set to play the son of a noble clan chief in the film while Chan will make a special appearance as his father. An important female role has yet to be cast. Mandarin plans to start shooting the film in China this July. Thanks to Superhero Hype
