According to Variety, Australian actor Jai Courtney (“Terminator : Genesys”) is up for the role of ‘Deadshot’ in Warner’s “Suicide Squad” movie.
The film, to be directed by David Ayer, sees DC’s most famous supervillains teaming up to take on government-authorised missions.
Previously rumoured candidates Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, and Tom Hardy are still in the mix. Robbie is believed to be up for Harley Quinn, while Jared Leto is rumoured to be playing The Joker.
Deadshot was born Floyd Lawton and though he doesn’t posses any super powers he’s a highly-gifted marksman.
