James Earl Jones returns to a Galaxy far, far away!

Legendary actor James Earl Jones is headed back to a Galaxy far, far away.

In not-so-surprising news, the actor will be back to voice Darth Vader in “Rogue One : A Star Wars Story”.

The “Patriot Games” and “Field of Dreams” voiced the villain in all previous “Star Wars” films so his return isn’t exactly a shock – still, he’s also 85, so there’s always the possibility that he mightn’t have been healthy (or interested) enough to do so.

While Jones will be the voice, a number of towering actors will fill the suit.

Director Gareth Edwards did a ‘Vader’ test shoot on the Starkiller Base set of ”The Force Awakens” so he could find the best way to light the gleaming black suit amongst the backdrop of Imperial-style buildings.

“He’s got more in common with lighting a car than a person, so we wanted to get it exactly right,” Edwards said. “We had the breathing sound just to inspire everyone. I just got massive goosebumps. I was so nervous to turn the corner and see him. You have to pinch yourself. Everyone became children again, so easy. You just go straight back to being a 4-year-old, like, in a heartbeat.”
