JoAnna Garcia Swisher will play the wife of the titular character in CBS’ “Untitled Tommy Johnagin Project”.
Inspired by his life, the half-hour comedy pilot will star Johnagin as a standup raising a family in a small Midwestern town. He and his wife Michelle, an accomplished paediatrician, have a daughter named Ashley.
“Cougar Town” creator Bill Lawrence will exec produce with Jeff Ingold, Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker and Johnagin who penned the pilot with Halpern and Schumacker.
