Keanu Reeves shares new Bill & Ted 3 details!

Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter committed to a third “Bill & Ted” movie a couple of years ago but, for one reason or another (sounds like script issues), it hasn’t come to be yet.

On Graham Norton last week, Reeves reiterated his interest in bringing the Wyld Stallions back to the big screen, sharing some plot details and even giving audiences a tease of what a fifty-something ‘Ted’ Logan would be like now. While it doesn’t sound any closer to happening it’s good to see how enthusiastic Reeves [still] is for the project.

“The writers had a story and we’re trying to make it,” Reeves said. “There’s a cool story. Basically, they’re supposed to write a song to save the world and they haven’t done that yet. So the pressure of having to save the world — their marriages are falling apart, their kids are kind of mad at them. But then someone comes from the future and tells them if they don’t write the song it’s just not the world, it’s the universe. So they have to save the universe because time is breaking apart.”
