Kristen Stewart joining Ben Affleck in Focus

Push aside the veggies, Kristen Stewart’s about to bite into some meat.

The “Twilight” star has outgrown her size-8 blouse, signing up to star in a big-time Ben Affleck flick for Warner Bros, says Variety.

“Focus”, a con-artist flick from “Crazy Stupid Love” helmers Glenn Ficarra and John Requa (based on their own script), will star Affleck as a veteran con-artist who partners with a girl who’s new to the world of swindling.

Apparently a popular script around the traps at Warner, the studio considered reuniting Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone – or “Crazy Stupid Love” and “The Gangster Squad” – on it at one stage. When that fell through, the idea of bonafide big-timer Affleck came up.

“Focus” will be Stewart’s first big post-“Twilight” role.
