While “Suicide Squad” is still a few months from release, Warner Bros is reportedly looking to launch a spinoff based on Margot Robbie’s anti-heroine Harey Quinn.
According to THR, Robbie is attached to reprise her “Suicide Squad” character, though the outlet notes the project is not a Quinn solo movie but would focus on several female DC heroes and villains.
As for who those characters could be, we really don’t know at this stage, though Batgirl and Birds of Prey have surfaced as possible players.
Robbie would also produce the untitled spinoff which has a female writer, though again details of exactly who that is remain heavily guarded.
