Disney has slated its live-action “Mulan” remake to release on November 12, 2018, in 3D.
Lauren Hynek and Elizabeth Martin are writing the script, while Chris Bender and J.C. Spink will produce.
The original “Mulan” animated movie was released by Disney in 1998. Based on the ancient Chinese legend, the story centres on Hua Mulan, a female warrior who disguises herself as a man to secretly join the army in place of her aging father.
“Mulan” is the first film to be slated on that date.
