New Annabelle: Creation poster revealed

The creepy Conjuring doll is back, in “Annabelle: Creation”. A follow up to 2014’s “Annabelle”, “Creation” revisits the origins of the possessed doll, and forms a prequel to the original “Annabelle”.

David F. Sandberg is helming the flick, with producers Peter Safran and James Wan back on board. The flick stars Stephanie Sigman, Talitha Bateman, Lulu Wilson (who we recently saw being possessed in “Ouija 2”), Phillipa Coulthard, Grace Fulton, Lou Lou Safran. Samara Lee, Tayler Buck, Anthony LaPaglia and Miranda Otto.

If there’s one lesson to take away from these movies, it’s that if a doll looks creepy and unsettling – do not befriend it. Just don’t do it.

In “Annabelle: Creation,” several years after the tragic death of their little girl, a doll maker and his wife welcome a nun and several girls from a shuttered orphanage into their home. They soon become the target of the doll maker’s possessed creation, Annabelle.

The flick is slated for release August 11, and you can check out the new poster below. Keep an eye out for the next trailer, also, which is due to be debuted by director Sandberg later tonight.
