New International Trailer and Images for Suicide Squad Keep Things Wild

After the huge release that “Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice” just pulled off, Warner Bros. is now looking to their next DC comic book film, “Suicide Squad“. And while the former had a huge amount of buzz beforehand, there’s surprisingly been even more trailer views and social media talk about the latter. There’s already been two wildly fun trailers and some juicy interviews with the cast and crew about the exciting aspects of the production. But to sweeten the pot, both a new international trailer and a few high-resolution images have been released showing the crazy misfits in action.

“Suicide Squad”, written and directed by David Ayer, follows a team of hardened criminals that are asked to carry out potentially suicidal missions. The new footage is mostly repeats of what we have seen previously but there’s a couple fresh glimpses of juicy character moments, not to mention the actual trailer itself keeping things short and sweet in how much is shown. The squad features some iconic comic book characters that are making their first live-action appearance like Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and Enchantress (Cara Delevingne), as well as the newest version of The Joker (Jared Leto). Besides the darkly comic nature of what has been shown so far, Ayer promises that it will be a different film from Zack Snyder‘s new superhero epic. It’s unclear as to what that means exactly but there’s many people that may be hoping for that to come true after the mixed reception of “Dawn of Justice”.
