When it was announced a couple of weeks ago that a reboot of ’90s fave “Northern Exposure” was inching forward at CBS, there was no mention of original female lead Janine Turner, who co-starred with returning headline act (and producer) Rob Morrow on the series.
Seems there’s a reason for that.
According to Turner, speaking out on Twitter today, she hasn’t been invited back for the revival.

I’m positive that now that that’s out there, and fans won’t be happy, that the producers will do an about face and make it happen. Still, disappointing if it’s indeed true that they weren’t going to include ‘Maggie’ on the series if it’s because of Ms Turner’s age.
