Dwayne Johnson has confirmed via Twitter that they have closed the deal for Malin Akerman to join the cast of “Rampage”. The “Billions” star will join The Rock in the adaptation of the classic arcade game Rampage.
Akerman can certainly kick some butt, so she should be a good fit for the film, which focuses on giant monsters wreaking havoc on the USA, while Johnson will play the guy who tries to save the world (what else).
Plot details are still under wraps, and Akerman’s character is still yet to be discovered. The flick is set to be released April 20, 2018.
