With less than two months to go, the countdown to the release of the highly anticipated (is that an understatement or what?!) “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is on!
Now fans can delight in a newly released poster and three brief teasers (check them out below)!
The teasers come in the lead up to the trailer release on ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” this Monday October 19 during half time of the NFL game between the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles.
More big news also accompany’s the poster release, with tickets set to go on sale tomorrow following the trailer launch!
“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” will open in cinemas on December 18 and stars Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Max Von Sydow.
Directed by J.J. Abrams, the film is set 30 years after the events of “Return of the Jedi”, and features a new generation of swashbuckling heroes and shadowy villains, as well as the return of fan-favorite smugglers, princesses, and Jedi.
