Star Wars Episode VII could feature Yavin 4’s Jedi Academy

Lightsabers up straight, boys!

Some plot details may have leaked for the highly-anticipated “Star Wars Episode VII”.

Suggesting the new trilogy may be based in part on the ‘Jedi Academy’ series of books, Reuters reports that Lucasfilm are planning to use the same – well, sort of – Guatemalan rainforest that doubled for Yavin 4 in the original “Star Wars” for the ‘Jedi Academy’ scenes of the new installment :

“Yavin 4 and the rebel base return to the Star Wars plot in the forthcoming Episode VII, announced in October by the Walt Disney Co, in which Skywalker comes back to the planet to build a Jedi Knight academy. However, fans said that Disney will likely film those scenes in a studio rather than return to Tikal.”

Reuters doesn’t cite any sources for their info, suggesting it could be just speculation on their behalf, so let’s not get too excited just yet!
