Alex Meraz (“Twilight”) has boarded Warner Bros and DC’s “Suicide Squad”.
Meanwhile, rumoured cast member Ben Affleck has been spotted on the set of the film, which is currently in production in Toronto. Affleck and “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” co-star Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor) have been rumoured to make brief appreances in “Suicide Squad” for some time now.
David Ayer is directing the film about imprisoned villains recruited by a government agency to perform covert operations.
Jared Leto (the Joker), Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Joel Kinnaman, Cara Delevingne, Viola David, Adam Beach, Ike Barinholtz, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Scott Eastwood and Common co-star.
At this stage we don’t have any details of Meraz’s role.
