Jeffrey Dean Morgan will reprise his John Winchester, father of Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki), for the 300th episode of The CW’s “Supernatural”.
TVLine, who had the scoop, reports that Morgan won’t be the only familiar face dropping in for the milestone ep.
“We’re incredibly excited to have Jeffrey back for this milestone episode, and think fans will love what we have planned for his character… and a few other surprise guest stars,” executive producer Andrew Dabb said in a statement.
Morgan, these days better known for his work on “The Walking Dead”, last appeared on the show in 2008.
Titled “Lebanon,” the episode is slated to air Thursday, Feb. 7 at 8/7c on The CW.
