For those of you who are as pumped for the third season of “Orphan Black” as I am, look no further as a brand new teaser for the upcoming season has hit the airwaves.
But before you celebrate too much, the 15 second video really is just a teaser, giving little away as to what’s to come.
For those of you who aren’t so familiar with the sci-fi drama, “Orphan Black” follows Sarah, a streetwise orphan whose life changes dramatically after witnessing the suicide of a woman who looks identical to her. Why do they look so alike? They’re clones, and they aren’t the only ones.
Season three picks up where season two wrapped up. The reveal of the male “Castor” clones seems to have rocked the girls with Sarah, Cosima, Alison and Helena putting their friendship to the test.
Tatiana Maslany stars as, well just about everyone (Sarah, Cosima, Alison, Rachel, Helena and Tony to name a few), alongside Jordan Gavaris, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Dylan Bruce, Kevin Hanchard, Ari Millen, and Kristian Bruun.
Writer Graeme Manson and director John Fawcett created the show.
“Orphan Black” will return to BBC America on Saturday, April 18, 2015.
