Warner Bros. has set release dates for Ben Affleck thriller “The Accountant”, Miles Teller/Jonah Hill crime-comedy “Arms and the Dudes” and “Project XX”, the sequel to the 2012 party film.
“The Accountant”, which co-stars Anna Kendrick, J.K. Simmons, Jon Bernthal and Cynthia Addai-Robinson, has been slated for January 29, 2016. Directed by Gavin O’Connor, the film sees Affleck play a brilliant accountant who moonlights as an assassin.
Meanwhile “Arms and the Dudes” will open on March 11, 2016. Todd Phillips directs the story of two Miami stoners who wound up with a government contract to supply weapons for U.S. troops in Afghanistan.
Finally “Project XX”, which at this stage remains director-less and cast-less, will release on August 19, 2016.
