Verbinski and Kruger back for "The Ring 2"

It’s official. Variety reports that DreamWorks Pictures is negotiating with helmer Gore Verbinski and scribe Ehren Kruger to return for a sequel to "The Ring". Which is no surprise really considering the first film has already grossed $123.3 million at the North American box office. No word yet on a story.
